We’re Guilt Free Pastries (GFP)! I bet you’re wondering what makes us Guilt Free right. Well… The reason why we’re Guilt Free is because 99% of everything we make is (we hope you’re ready because here comes a long list) gluten-free, grain-free, refined sugar-free, paleo, keto, natural and artificial flavor free, gum-free, dairy-free, soy-free and made with organic and local ingredients.

See, we told you it was a long list, but we’re totally not free of taste and we create some of the most awesome vegan and custom order pastries you’ve ever seen or tasted!

Why are we so passionate about what we do? Because we believe that everyone should have access to yummy sweets that aren’t going to extremely damage their bodies by containing toxins and chemicals that aren’t originally meant to be in our bodies. Also, we love the creativity that comes with creating pastries that are made from ingredients that only come from the Earth and making them taste even BETTER than those chemical desserts that you find in stores and certain large chain spots.

We are striving to be the leading industry standard of healthy, nutritious, and delicious desserts. Outside of food we’re all about the Guilt Free Lifestyle^™ which is all about helping you help yourself enlighten your mind, body, and spirit. We offer consulting services starting at the individual level and going all the way up to the (high rise) corporate level. Basically no issue is too small or too large for us to help you handle.

MEET OUR TEAM

BRANDON, FOUNDER

Our Fearless Founder…He TOTALLY told us to make sure those are the first words under his bio. If that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know about our goofy, creative, serious, and passionate about everything health and wellness Founder Brandon then keep reading. Since Liz is the Right Hand of GFP then that makes Brandon the Heart of our company.

His passion/awakening for health and wellness began back in 2001 when he looked in the mirror at a 300 pounds version of himself and decided to start caring about his body. He went from 300 pounds to 175 pounds in like 100 days by focusing on what he put in his body and by getting up and moving his body daily. His weight loss journey is what started the Guilt Free Lifestyle™ and over time led him to start understanding food allergies and the detriments they can cause many people including him.

He discovered his allergy to gluten in 2013. Knowing that this could put an end to his love for all things sweet, he went into the kitchen like a mad scientist and began experimenting with gluten and grain free recipes. The first recipe was our first product which is our one of a kind Avocado Brownie.

Since then Brandon has been on a Guilt Free journey to continue growing our company and helping as many people as possible help themselves along their journeys by providing them with awesome, clean and yummy desserts as well as the Guilt Free Lifestyle™.

Where would we be without Liz? We all basically call her Momma GFP because she’s like the Right Hand Woman of the company. As the moral compost of GFP she keeps all of us balanced and focused on our company and personal goals. She’s also a totally ‘Kick A**’ marketing guru who keeps everything GFP looking good online and in-person.

No company is complete without an awesome people loving, educational, and wicked cool finance woman and Kristy is ours. As the Left Hand of GFP, she makes sure all those important numbers for our business are taken care of, keeps us always looking towards future growth, plus she makes sure all our checks are in order so… we Love her.

General Adrian is what we call Adrian our CSO, because he makes sure everything tech related is locked down tightly to keep all those pesky trolls/hackers away. Plus he makes sure we’re moving in the right direction when it comes to keeping us safe with all our daily activities. He is also a hip-hop lover so he keeps us jamming while working with all the best jams from the realest hip-hop artist.
